We are licensed by both the State of Florida and Polk County to operate as a hotel.

 Five night minimum stay.
 Special monthly rates available. 
 For stays of seven nights or more, the $85 cleaning fee is waived.
 Active duty US Military discount of 5% available (Active duty ID required )
 Minimum stay over Christmas and Easter holidays is seven nights.
 $50 returnable deposit required for Clubhouse/Pool key (our cost - no mark-up).

Beware of unusually cheap daily or weekly rates. There is usually a catch with a list of restrictions. Our condo is NOT a time share. You do not have to attend an arm-twisting, 90-minute sales talk.
